Refund / Cancellation Policy
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item(s) within 5 days of receipt. Item(s) must be returned in new condition with all packaging and must have the affixed label for us to process your return. There will be a 15% stocking fee for any item that is returned for a refund. We charge no restocking fee on items that are exchanged for another item of equal or greater value. Special orders or customer/personalized items cannot be returned and are final sale.
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors of our products that appear on the site. We cannot guarantee that your electronic device display of any color will be accurate.
The photos are not necessarily to scale. The descriptions will provide information on the item(s). If you have any other questions regarding the size of a particular item, please contact email@example.com
Return Processing / Exchange
- Please email firstname.lastname@example.org within 24 hours of receipt to receive a Return Authorization Number (RAN). Please provide your order ID and reason for return/exchange. We do not accept any returns if you do not request a RAN within 24 hours of receipt.
- Mail item back via a traceable carrier with the appropriate packaging and insurance. we will need a tracking number to ensure product was sent for delivery.
- Once the return is received and processed, the funds will be credited to the original payment method that was used to purchase, excluding the shipping and insurance charges we incurred to ship your order and the 15% restocking fee. Customer is responsible for any and all shipping charges on any bounced or undeliverable packages.
We are not responsible for lost return packages, so we highly recommend that you insure and track the package.
*Return items must be in original (new) condition and have the original tags attached in its original packaging. We cannot accept returns/exchanges on any pieces that have been scuffed or marked in any way.
Vamiur reserves the right to refuse the return/exchange of any merchandise that does not meet the above requirements.
Processing / Shipping
Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an e-mail update containing a tracking number for your shipment.
If an item is shown as “Out of Stock,” they may still be available for purchase as a special order item. Please contact us at email@example.com. Special orders may take 3 to 8 weeks to ship.
